PV-Exklusiv We stand for personalized matchmaking at the highest level. To expand our team and acquire new clients, we are exclusively seeking experienced professionals who have been successfully working in traditional matchmaking for several years and are skilled in handling a discerning clientele responsibly.
They impress with their excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in languages (including English, possibly French), discretion, and a confident demeanor when interacting with entrepreneurs, executives, academics, and public figures. An academic degree or comparable advanced qualification is advantageous.
What we assume:
- Several years of verifiable professional experience (field service) in traditional matchmaking
- Confident handling of a demanding and often academically oriented clientele
- Excellent manners, reliability and absolute discretion
- Impeccable personal and professional reputation and willingness to submit a current certificate of good conduct.
- High level of personal responsibility, reliability and flexibility in terms of time
- Willingness to travel for in-person appointments throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Own car and unrestricted mobility
We are looking for individuals who can conduct consultations independently, accurately assess people, and act confidently and reliably even in demanding placement assignments.
Please note: This position is exclusively for applicants with substantial professional experience in the matchmaking industry. Applications from those without industry experience, career changers, or newcomers cannot be considered.
