My name is Markus Poniewas. I was born in Mönchengladbach, near Düsseldorf, and have been passionately working as a matchmaker since 1985.
I grew into this profession through my father—he began his traditional approach to matchmaking in 1959. Much time has passed since then, but one thing has never changed: the search for a genuine, sustainable relationship remains a quiet, sensitive topic for many educated and successful people.
High-profile individuals in particular – entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, artists, academics – are accustomed to setting the highest standards in all areas of life. But in love, of all places, it becomes clear that sophisticated encounters don't happen by chance – they require confidentiality, sensitivity, and professional guidance.
