My name is Markus Poniewas. I was born in Mönchengladbach, now live in the Düsseldorf area, and since 1985 I have been supporting people who are looking for a reliable, valuable, and sustainable partnership.
I grew up in this profession. My father was already placing high-caliber individuals from 1959 onwards – an environment that shaped me from an early age. But today I don't work alone: behind me stands a large team of empathetic, experienced, and highly dedicated employees who have grown together over many years and who perform this job with just as much heart and passion as I do.
Many colleagues have been by my side for 10, 15, 20, or even 25 years. No constant coming and going – just a well-established, trusting team that lives, loves, and understands its work. For younger target groups, we also have highly qualified staff members who have completed psychology degrees and bring modern perspectives to the table.
