People who look for a partner online usually take much longer and pay more than with an experienced dating agency like PV-Exklusiv. Studies show this.
Last year, a study looked at the quality of online dating sites. The result: rather modest. “The service in the industry is comparatively weak. Overall, the dating sites only achieve a quality rating of “sufficient”. From sparse contact information on the Internet to non-existent or difficult-to-reach hotlines to often brief, incomplete information via email - the deficits are clearly evident in some companies. For three providers, the overall service is even “poor”,” says the German Institute for Service Quality.
“This underlines our practical experience in dating. We always hear that clients who come to us have previously tried an online dating site and were visibly disappointed. In our conversations, we hear that people looking for a partner can access many contacts online. But at the same time, the profiles are often vague, establishing contact takes a long time, and it is not uncommon for people to register on the portals to test their market value. Or they even provide untrue information, so that, firstly, false facts are advertised and secondly, security suffers as a result,” says Nicole Reddig, founder and managing director of the well-known dating agency PV-Exklusiv. The company, based in the Düsseldorf area, is active throughout the German-speaking region and has been successfully bringing people of quality together for many years - for a common future.
“We are convinced that dating can only really be successful if the advisor is attuned to the client and their individual requirements, has gotten to know them personally and knows what makes them tick. Then a tailor-made placement is possible without many detours,” says Markus Poniewas. He has been working very successfully in dating for many years and is one of the best-known experts in this area in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He emphasizes that at PV-Exklusiv This usually results in a very quick placement success. “As a rule, we accompany people looking for a partner to success within a maximum of three to four months. Very often it is also much quicker. That always depends on your wishes and character.”
As Nicole Reddig and Markus Poniewas know from customer conversations, this time window is almost unthinkable with online platforms.
